I’m trying to figure out how to lose weight fast

I’m sure you’re asking yourself what I’m doing talking about losing weight fast. It all started because a few days ago I visited a friend’s place where I had to climb two flights of stairs, and it did not end well. By the time I got myself up to the top, I was sweating, huffing and puffing, my face was red, and I was in bad shape. I had to get myself into the bathroom, splashed some cool water on the back of my neck, and gazed up into the mirror, and that was when it hit me: I have to lose weight fast.

Actually, I actually feel like I’m turning into my father. He was a hugely obese man, with a wonderful sense of humor and a solid, good-natured outlook on life. But boy, he was fat. And these days I’m getting large too. Don’t get me wrong, I love my father, but I really want to keep myself from topping 250 pounds. Because once you get that far along, there’s hardly any going back.

So I’ve been trying to figure out how to lose weight fast naturally. My wife wants to join me, telling me that she wants to lose some weight also, which will no doubt make it quite a bit easier to stay with whatever diet program we end up using. There’s a huge amount of weight loss tips out there

I’ll keep you guys up to date on how well the diet is turning out for us. I know losing weight will not be easy, but it’s what has to happen as far as I can see, so I am going to really be working hard to understand how to lose weight fast.
